Description

4/5/22 - This is a very nice example of an early Inland M1 Carbine issued to the US military in 1942. A full parts list with markings is included with photos. There is a ground import mark on the underside of the barrel. The barrel and receiver appear to be refinished. There are small handling marks and tiny scratches along the barrel. Some very minor thinning and spotty brown patina on the recoil plate. The color of the handguard does not match the stock. There is a faint cross-canon cartouche on the right side of the butt stock. A hairline crack on the right side of the stock, next to the action. A small gouge on the right side of the stock under the slot. The stock was likely lightly sanded. Comes with a parkerized magazine. Mint bore.
