Description
10/21/25 - This is a DWM Luger that was issued to the Imperial German military in 1914. It is all matching, but the side plate appears to have been re-numbered. Proper Imperial military acceptance proofs throughout. The finish rates roughly 70% with areas of obvious spotty wear throughout. It is concentrated mostly on the left side of the frame, on the side plate, and along the barrel. Some areas of very light pin-pricking here and there. A small area of pitting just above the right grip panel. The grips are a little worn and rounded around the high edges. The left panel is Erfurt-proofed and numbered "81". The right side is "Eagle 655" proofed. Comes with an un-numbered wood-bottom magazine - the base appears to have been lightly sanded. The bore has decent rifling, but there is light surface oxidation and minor pitting throughout.
