Description
6/5/25 – This is an original WWI Luger receiver and barrel assembly, dated 1916 and manufactured by DWM. The assembly is in very good condition overall, retaining about 75–80% of its original blued finish. The barrel is matching-numbered and comes with its original front sight. The bore shows light oxidation throughout and a dent half way towards the muzzle affects the rifling (bulge), making it better suited for display or restoration. This bulge in the bore is minor and difficult to see. The left side of the receiver shows a minor dent, but the Crown "B" and double Crown "S" proof marks are intact and legible. A solid piece for restoration or for collectors looking for original Luger parts with matching numbers.
