5/12/26 - This is a very nice example of a Colt Model 1911 issued to the US military in 1917. All correct with a proper "H P" Colt barrel. It has retained roughly 85% of its original bluing. The majority of the finish loss comes in the form of wear on the grips, but there is also muzzle wear, minor high edge wear, and areas of light brown patina throughout. Fitted with replaced faux antler grips and comes with a WW2-era "L" marked magazine. Excellent bore with strong rifling.
