Description
7/23/26 - This is a Colt Model 1911 issued to the US Army in 1917. It is all correct with the proper "HP" Colt barrel. It has retained roughly 65% of its original finish. The finish loss concentrated mostly on the grip straps and on the right side of the slide. There are areas of spotty oxidation on the whole right side of the gun and on the back strap. A few small pits on the right side of the slide. Fitted with period-correct wood grips and comes with a blued magazine. Minty bore.
