Description
10/8/25 - This is a nice shooter-grade example of a Colt Model 1911 issued to the US military in 1918. It has all the correct markings, but it has a replaced WW2-era Colt barrel (polished in the ejection port). Front and rear sights are target-style replacements. The gun has been completely re-blued with very little finish loss. There are a few small pits under the bluing here and there. Fitted with period-correct wood grips and comes with a WW2-era magazine. Half the magazine was buffed to try to look like a two-tone WWI-era magazine. Excellent bore with great rifling.
