Description
2/6/26 - This is a very nice example of a Colt Model 1911 that was originally manufactured in 1919 and issued to the US military during WW1. It has been arsenal re-worked, likely for re-issue during WW2. "AA" Augusta Arsenal marking on the left side of the frame. Replaced Springfield Armory barrel. The entire gun has been parkerized, and the grips have been replaced with WW2 grips. Comes with a post-war magazine. The gun shows very little actual finish loss, just some very light surface scuffs and scratches here and there. Mint bore.
