Description
6/8/26 - This is a nice example of a DWM Luger issued to the Imperial German military in 1918. It is all matching and has the proper Imperial military acceptance proofs. This one also comes with one original matching-numbered magazine (the base is chipped) and a scarce period-correct LZA tan leather holster (the lift strap is missing, and there are stitching holes on the front and back). The gun's original finish rates about 90%. There is general high edge wear (most noticeable around the side plate), muzzle wear, a couple of small spots of wear on the barrel, freckling on the grip straps, and light brown patina on much of the gun. The right grip is numbered and matching - the left appears to be a replacement. The bore has good rifling, but there is minor freckling throughout.
