SOLD - 1918 Graton & Knight M1 Garand Sling

4/28/25 - This is an original World War I U.S. M1907 leather rifle sling, made by Graton & Knight Company and dated 1918. The sling retains its original light tan color and remains in Great+ condition, showing only slight dryness with minimal cracking or wrinkling. It is stamped "G.&K. 1918 W.J.D." horizontally near one end, with a crisp, legible impression on the right side and a lighter stamp on the left, typical of hand-applied wartime markings. The brass hardware is in excellent condition with only minor wear. This is a beautiful and authentic example, ideal for a World War I M1903 Springfield restoration or an early M1 Garand display.
