Description
8/18/26 - This is a Colt Model 1911 issued to the US Army in 1918. It has all the correct markings with the proper military acceptance proof. It has an earlier and scarcer barrel. The gun has lost the majority of its original bluing with honest finish loss and wear throughout. Fitted with period-correct wood grips - some minor wear and rounding around the edges. Comes with a proper two-tone magazine. The bore has good rifling, but there is some minor oxidation and frosting in the grooves.
