Description
6/8/26 - This is a very nice example of a DWM Luger that was originally sold in the commercial market in the 1920's. All matching and "Crown N" proofed. It was later reworked and issued to the German police, as evidenced by the added sear safety, cut for a magazine safety (the safety is not present), and police unit marking on the front strap (some of it is X'd out). It comes with a mismatched Nazi Police "Eagle L" marked Haenel magazine. Fitted with un-numbered wood grips. The gun has an arsenal-reblued finish with very minor high edge wear, muzzle wear, and a couple of small spots of wear and minor discoloration on the left side of the frame. Very nice bore with good rifling.
