Description
5/1/26 - This is a very nice example of a DWM Luger sold in the commercial market in the 1920's. Chambered in .30 Luger. All matching and "Crown N" proofed. There is a "Germany" marking on the left side rail, indicating this gun was sold in the international commercial market, likely in the US. It comes as a rig with a a generic tan leather holster and a blank wood-bottom magazine (a couple of tiny chips in the base). The gun has retained about 93% of its original bluing with general high edge wear, muzzle wear, and a few marks and scratches on the grip straps. Fitted with un-numbered wood grips - hairline crack on the right side that is only visible from the inside. The rifling in the bore is a bit worn with noticeable pin-pricking throughout.
