Description

3/10/22 - This is an excellent example of an FN Browning Hi Power pistol issued to the Nazi military during WW2. The gun is all matching and has the proper "Waffen 140" Nazi military acceptance proofs throughout. It has retained about 95-96% of its original bluing. There is not much actual finish loss, but there is an area of noticeable spotty discoloration on the left side of the slide (in the slide serrations) and some small spots of discoloration on the left side of the frame. Small dots of oxidation on both grip straps. There are a few small areas of minor pitting along the high edge of the right side of the slide. Comes with excellent period-correct wood grips and a proper "Waffen 140"-proofed magazine. The bore has strong rifling, but there are some areas of pin-pricking in the grooves.
