Description
3/3/26 - This is a very nice example of a Nambu Type 14 issued to the Japanese military in February of 1936. It is all matching and comes as a rig with one period-correct but mismatched magazine, blued cleaning rod, and period-correct leather holster. The top flap of the holster is torn away. The gun has retained about 97% of its original finish. While there isn't much actual finish loss, there are a few small dots of wear along the right side of the slide, some very light freckling on the top of the slide, and some light dulling/pin-pricking on the grip straps. Fitted with nice bamboo grips - the left side is hand-numbered in pencil and matching, no visible numbering on the right. Very nice bore with great rifling.
