SOLD - 1938 S/42 Luger Rig - Matching Magazine

Description

12/12/17 - This is an original 1938 dated Mauser S/42 Luger Rig, complete with one original matching serial numbered Luger magazine, one spare magazine, an eagle/63 loading tool, and a 1938 dated military Luger holster. The pistol has 96% of the original bluing still in tact, which is overall excellent and all matching small parts. The front and back straps show some light browning and thinning of the finish, which is common use wear. There is also light wear on the side plate and muzzle. The grips are excellent with no cracks or chips. One of the magazine is factory serial numbered to the gun, while the spare magazine is at least in the same "m" letter block. The black leather holster is excellent, with the only flaw being some light surface cracking on the front leather. The stamps on the back are crisp and excellent though. A very nice pre-WW2 nazi military Luger rig!
