Description
7/9/26 - This is a 1939 Kriegsmarine Luger holster manufactured by Karl Bücker. The leather in this holster is sturdy, yet pliable with no signs of any rips or tears. On the left and right seams of the holster, about 3" from the muzzle, it looks like the leather was notched on each side. All of the leather on the lid of the holster is intact, but does show some surface cracks in the leather finish. The front strap is worn, but intact and fully functional. The front of the holster shows scarce scratches in the finish, though no damage penetrates through the leather. The back of the holster bears the maker's mark "Karl Bücker - 1939 - Waldbrül", along with a WaA727 stamp and Kriegsmarine Eagle/M, though there is an impression rubbed through the eagle. The stitching on this holster is in great shape with no signs of any pulling or tearing.
