Description

7/15/20 - This is a Mauser Luger P.08 Rig issued to the Nazi military in 1939. The gun is waffenamt and comes with one original matching magazine. The chamber is marked with a "42" Mauser makers code. The gun has retained about 96-97% of its finish. There is minor high edge wear on the side plate and around the muzzle. There is very fine pin-pricking on the gun throughout and a few small areas of discoloration, especially on top of the chamber. The bore has good rifling but heavy freckling throughout. The grips are in good condition. Some of the diamonds are worn. Grips are unnumbered. The rig includes two period-correct magazines. One is matching to the gun. The rig also includes an excellent 1939 dated, waffenamt holster and an "Eagle 63" luger tool.
