Description
2/20/26 - This is an excellent example of a Mauser P.08 Luger that was manufactured in 1940. This Luger comes with two matching-numbered magazine, along with a E/655 stamped Luger tool, and a 1939 holster. The firearm has retained about 98% of its original finish, with the only real finish loss showing as muzzle wear, and some high-edge wear primarily on the trigger plate. While there was is nearly zero bluing loss, there is spotty oxidation throughout. This P.08 is fitted with period-correct, unnumbered wood grip panels, which have no signs of chips or cracks. The bore is bright with mirrored rifling. The magazines are in great shape with crisp serialization on both. The brown leather holster is in good condition with all stitching in tact and all fittings secured tightly. There is visible cracking along the closure strap and some wear visible along the hinge. The back of the holster is stamped with a "WaA142" mark.
