Description
9/26/25 - This is a nice example of a Mauser Luger issued to the Nazi military in 1940. It is all matching and has the proper "Eagle 655" military acceptance proofs. It comes as a rig with one original matching-numbered magazine, a bakelite bottom Swiss magazine, and a very nice 1939-dated leather holster. The gun itself has retained about 95% of its original finish. There are hints of high edge wear, muzzle wear, some light scratchy wear on the grip straps. While there isn't a ton of actual finish loss, there is spotty oxidation on the grip straps, on the left side of the gun, and on the barrel. A small area of pitting on the front strap. Fitted with excellent matching-numbered wood grips. The bore has good rifling, but there is spotty freckling throughout.
