Description

7/18/23 - This is a scarce Gustloff Werke K98 from 1941. It appears to be a depot build rifle, with matching numbers throughout except for the screws in the trigger housing. These numbers include the stock, bands, bolt assembly, rear sight assembly and trigger assembly. The bluing on the rifle is original but shows thinning and/or oxidation on various parts. The stock has a few clear waffeneamts, and several dings/nicks but no cracks. Bore has strong rifling but some pitting throughout the grooves. Comes with a sight hood, cleaning rod and original leather sling.
