Description
9/18/26 - This is a nice example of a Nambu Type 14 issued to the Japanese military in November of 1941. The gun is all matching and comes as a rig with one original matching-numbered magazine, one mismatched magazine, a period-correct leather holster, and a cleaning rod. It has transitional features, such as straw-colored small parts and a large trigger guard. It has retained about 97% of its original finish. While there is very little actual finish loss, there is spotty oxidation on much of the gun, heavy pitting on the grip straps, and lighter pitting on the right side of the slide and along the barrel. Fitted with original matching-numbered wood grips. The bore is mostly shiny with great rifling, but there are a few small spots of oxidation toward the muzzle end.
