Description
4/15/25 - For sale is a Russian SVT-40 made at the Tula Arsenal in 1941 that was captured by the Finnish Army during the Continuation War. The rifle is in great shape overall with the metal retaining a nice blued finish. There are many patches of finish loss and wear and some freckling of oxidation on the top cover. The stock has been lightly sanded then lacquered. There is a crack on each side of the cross pin on the left side. Each crack is about 2 inches in length. The other side of the cross pin has one 0.5" crack. The bore is bright with strong rifling but the grooves are darkening. The serial numbers are mismatched.Specifications
