Description
6/6/25 - For sale is a 1941 Tula SVt-40 that was captured by the Finnish Army. The rifle is in great shape overall with the metal retaining a wartime blued finish with scratches and patches of finish wear. The stock is in good shape overall. The left side has "V.P." carved into the side. Next to it is a light "2754" scratched. The right side still retains a faint roundel. The handguard has a crack going up halfway in front of the rear sight and one coming rom the front of the handguard. The bore is fairly bright with good rifling. There's speckling of old oxidation visible in the grooves. The rifle is entirely mismatched and comes with a reproduction magazine.
The bayonet is one refurbished by the Soviets after WW2 and imported into the US. The button is stiff but funtions properly. A serial number is e-penciled into the handguard.
