6/12/26 - This is a BYF 42 "black widow" Mauser Luger issued to the Nazi military in 1942. The pistol is all matching and has the proper "Eagle 135" military acceptance proofs. It is fitted with original "Black Widow" bakelite grips and comes with one black widow magazine. The gun has retained about 90% of its original finish. While there isn't a ton of actual finish loss, there are some areas of obvious pitting, most noticeable on the grip straps, on the side plate, and on the right side of the gun. There is general high edge wear, muzzle wear, and some scratchy wear on the back strap. The bore is like-new.
