Description
8/25/26 - This is a very nice example of a BYF 42 "Black Widow" Mauser Luger issued to the German military in 1942. It is all matching, has the proper "Eagle 135" military acceptance proofs, and fitted with an excellent set of original "Black Widow" bakelite grips. It comes as a rig with two original "Black Widow" magazines, a very nice 1941-dated black leather holster, and a very rare "Eagle 135" tool. The gun itself has retained about 94% of its original finish with just general high edge and muzzle wear. The majority of the finish loss is on the side plate. The bore has good rifling, but there is some freckling in the grooves.
