2/6/26 - This is a very nice example of a Mauser HSC issued to the Nazi military in 1942. It is all matching with the proper "Eagle 135" military acceptance proof on the web of the trigger guard. It comes as a rig with two proper Mauser banner magazines and an excellent and scarce "Waffen 286" proofed, 1942-dated holster. The gun as retained about 95% of its original high polish bluing. There is very minor high edge wear, muzzle wear, and one small spot of wear on the left side of the slide. While there is very little actual finish loss, there is spotty discoloration along the round edges of both sides of the slide. Fitted with excellent period-correct wood grips. Minty bore.
