Description
7/6/26 - This is a nice BYF 42 Mauser Luger issued to the Nazi military in 1942. It is mostly matching, but the side plate is a re-blued replacement. It has the proper "Eagle 135" Nazi military acceptance proofs. The finish rates about 92-93%. There is general high edge wear, muzzle wear, some dulling and light brown patina on the grip straps, and a few areas of minor pitting. Fitted with replaced wood grips and comes with a mismatched "Eagle 63" magazine. The bore has pretty good rifling, but there is noticeable frosting and pin-pricking throughout.
