Description

5/20/21 - This is a nice example of a Mauser K98 issued to the Nazi military in 1942. The gun is all matching and has the proper waffen military proofs throughout. The stock has a faint waffen proof on the right side. There is patina and spotty oxidation on the gun throughout, much less so on the receiver. Thinning on both side of the barrel adjacent to the adjustable rear sight. The stock has been lightly sanded. The bore is minty - shiny with strong rifling. Comes with original front sight hood and cleaning rod.
