Description
5/19/26- For sale is a British M1907 bayonet manufactured in 1943. The blade is deeply blued with light finish wear and no serious damage. The fuller extends to the tip of the blade, indicating it must have been shortened at some point. The blade has the usual British proofs along with a small "43", indicating WW2 era manufacture in 1943. The wooden grips are intact with light wear and no serious damage. The number "49" is painted on the grip. The scabbard is the standard M1907 pattern scabbard with painted fittings and dyed leather to match the dark pattern of the bayonet. The number "49" is also painted on the scabbard throat, indicating a match with the bayonet itself. Overall in excellent condition.
