5/12/26 - This is a very nice example of a BYF 43 Mauser P.38 issued to the Nazi military in 1943. It is all matching with the proper "Eagle 135" military acceptance proofs. It has retained about 92-93% of its original bluing. There is minor thinning on the front strap, muzzle wear, minor high edge wear, and a small area of wear and a couple of very light surface scratches on the right side of the slide. Fitted with reddish phenolic grips and comes with a "Eagle 135" proofed Mauser magazine. The bore has strong rifling, but there is some light freckling in the grooves. De-cocker is functional.
