1/20/26 - This is a nice example of a "dou 43" Code K98 rifle manufactured by Waffenwerke Brunn in 1943 and issued to the Nazi military. All numbered parts are matching. The stock shows no external numbering or waffen proofs. The metal parts have retained roughly 70-75% of their original finish with honest wear and thinning throughout. Some spots of spotty brown patina here and there. The wood furniture shows the typical signs of wear and use, but there are a few more noticeable dings, gouges, and scratches on the butt of the stock. Comes with a period-correct cleaning rod. Very nice bore with great rifling.
