3/30/22 - This is an excellent example of a Czech K98 rifle put together at the BRNO factory after WW2 using leftover Nazi parts. All numbered parts on the gun are matching except for one part on the bolt assembly. The wood stock looks like it has a matching serial number on the underside of the butt stock, but the numbering is extremely faint. Import mark on the underside of the barrel. The gun has retained virtually all of its bluing, but there are some very light scratches on the front barrel band and floor plate. A few small dots of light surface rust around the rear sight. The stock was sanded and has a a thin layer of lacquer. Comes with a cleaning rod and leather. Very nice bore with good rifling and very minor pin-pricking.
