Description
3/27/26 - This is a very nice example of a Colt Model 1911A1 from 1944, refurbished and sold to the public through the CMP Program. It comes with its CMP certificate that designates this one as a "Service Grade" example. Both the frame and slide were made by Colt, but the barrel is a replacement. It has retained about 94% of its parkerized finish with minor high edge wear with light handling marks throughout and a few more noticeable dings on the right side of the gun. Fitted with period-correct reddish grips. It comes with its CMP hard case, gun lock, and owners manual. Very nice bore with strong rifling.
