Description
2/12/26 - This is a very nice example of a Remington Rand Model 1911A1 issued to the US military in 1944. It is all correct and has the proper "HS" High Standard barrel. It has retained about 95% of its original parkerized finish. While there is very little actual finish loss, there are a few scratches and marks on the right side of the slide and on the front strap. Fitted with period-correct reddish plastic grips and comes with an "B" marked magazine. The bore has strong rifling with just very minor frosting in the grooves.
