Description
3/12/26 - This is a very nice example of a Remington Rand issued to the US military in 1944. It is "United States Property" marked, has the proper "FJA" inspector initials, and has a military cross-canon cartouche. There are British export proofs on the slide and frame. It has a replaced Colt barrel. It comes with two period-correct magazines, a lanyard, and a reproduction craft-style box. The gun has retained about 97% of its parkerized finish. While there is very little actual finish loss, there is an area of oxidation and rust on the right side of the trigger guard. Fitted with period-correct reddish plastic grips. Mint bore.
