8/3/26 - This is a very nice example of an AC 44 Walther P.38 issued to the Nazi military in 1944. All matching with the proper "Eagle 359" military acceptance proofs. It has retained somewhere between 85-90% of its original finish. The majority of the finish loss is on the front strap (where there is a factory casting flaw), but there is also minor high edge and muzzle wear. A few tiny surface scratches on the right side of the slide. Fitted with period-correct dark brown phenolic grips and comes with an "Eagle 359"-marked Walther magazine. Minty bore. De-cocker is functional.
