09/16/2024 - For sale is a K98k made by "dot" Waffenfabrik Bruenn in Czechoslovakia. This rifle had been converted into a VG98 configuration. The rifle retains its original ladder sight used on K98ks instead of the V notch sight that was installed onto the VG98 series. The metal retains a dark finish on the metal with minor wear and small freckling of oxidation on the receiver. There is a line of pitting below the serial number at the wood line on the receiver. The bolt is matching to the receiver. The stock is a replacement and a one piece stock that has been refinished with a "37" stamped on the right side. The bore is bright but gets darker towards the muzzle.
