4/11/22 - This is an excellent example of a DWM Luger sold in the commercial market in the 1920's All numbered parts are matching, and it has the proper "Crown N" commercial proofs throughout. This one has a 7" barrel that is not numbered. We believe this was likely a custom order placed by a retailer of that time period. We also believe the gun has an old-reblued finish. It has retained nearly all of its new plumb-colored bluing. Some areas of minor discoloration here and there. Most of the straw coloring on the small parts has worn away. Comes with excellent wood grips and a period-correct "Germany"-marked commercial magazine. The bore has excellent rifling with some areas of tiny freckling here and there.
