Description

4/7/22 - This is a nice example of a Star Model B. It is all matching and has an "LPN" marking on the front strap, indicating it was issued to the West German police force in the 1950's. It has the proper Spanish proofs throughout and a "Spain" export marking on the left side of the trigger guard. It has retained about 92-93% of its original high polish finish. Most of the finish loss is spotty, somewhat scratchy wear on the front strap and around the muzzle. A few small spots of wear along the top of the slide and an area of minor pin-pricking on the left side of the slide around the muzzle. Comes with nice period-correct wood grips, one proper magazine, and a modern cloth holster. The bore is very nice with great rifling - some very minor frosting in the grooves.
