Description

4/22/22 - This is a very nice example of a scarce Walther Model 1 manufactured in the early 1910's. This is a 2nd variation gun. It is often referred to as the "two button" variation because of its second push button on the right side of the frame. There were only about 30,000 of these guns made. This one is all matching and has the proper "Crown N" commercial proofs. It has retained about 93-94% of its original finish. Most of the wear is on the high edges of the slide and on the barrel. There are tiny dots of oxidation throughout. Comes with excellent grips and a nickel-plated magazine. The bore has decent rifling, but there are tiny pits throughout.
