Description

4/26/22 - This is an excellent example of a Colt Model 1911A1 issued to the US military in 1944. The gun is "United States Property" marked, has the appropriate "FJA" military inspection initials, and has the proper cross-canon military cartouche. High Standard barrel. This entire gun has been professionally restored and re-parkerized. There is very little actual finish loss, but unfortunately there are a few noticeable scratches on the slide and frame. Comes with excellent plastic grips and a period-correct "R" marked magazine. Minty bore.
