Description

4/3/23 - This is a rare Krieghoff Luger from 1936 with an S Code on the receiver. There were only about 3,600 of this variation produced. This one is all matching and has the proper Krieghoff "Eagle L 2" Luftwaffe acceptance proofs. It has retained about 93% of its original finish. There is minor wear around the muzzle, on the side plate, and on the side rails. Light scratchy wear on the front strap and some very minor thinning on the back strap. There is very minor thinning on the receiver and some small splotches on discoloration on the barrel. Comes with early Krieghoff wood grips and a blank-bottom magazine. The bore has good rifling but there is very minor pin-pricking throughout.
