Description

5/3/22 - This is a mint example of a 5th-variation Walther Model 4 sold in the commercial market in the 1920's. The gun is all matching and has the proper "Crown N" commercial proofs. There is a "Made in Germany" marking on the left side of the frame, indicating this gun was intended for sale in the international commercial market. It also comes with an original box. The box is in rough shape - most of the panels have torn away. It does not have a visible serial number, but it is also labeled "Made in Germany". The gun is mint with almost no signs of wear except for two tiny scratches on the back strap and a few dots of light oxidation on the tang. Beautiful fire blue on the extractor and safety lever. Comes with excellent period-correct black bakelite grips and one proper magazine. Minty bore.
