Description
8/15/22 - This is an excellent example of a transitional Nambu Type 14 issued to the Japanese military in January of 1943. It is transitional due to its later large trigger guard and earlier straw-colored small parts. It is all matching and has retained about 98% of its original finish. While there is very little actual finish loss, there are some very light handling marks along the barrel, light wear on the underside of the trigger guard, and one spot of oxidation on the left side of the slide around the safety lever. Very light freckling on the grip straps. Comes with nice wood grips - the left panel is numbered and matching, the right is un-numbered. Also comes with a period-correct but mismatched magazine. Mint bore.Specifications
