Description
5/20/22 - This is a nice example of a Webley Mark VI revolver issued to the British military during WW1. It is all matching and has the proper British proofs throughout. It comes as a rig with a nice 1951-dated canvas holster. The gun has retained about 91-92% of its bluing. Most of the wear is on the underside of the trigger guard, but there is minor thinning on the grip straps and areas of minor wear around the muzzle and high edges in general. Light roll marks on the cylinder. Comes with bakelite grips that have noticeable gouges on the bottom edges. The bore has decent rifling, but there is frosting throughout. The cylinder has been shaved to accept .45 ACP cartridges with moon clips, not the original .455 Webley.Specifications
