Description

8/1/22 - This is a minty example of an early Mauser M1910 that is referred to as the 'sidelatch' variant, due to the obvious design feature on left side of the frame. There were only about 15,000 of this variation produced, and this example is in the proper serial range. The pistol is all matching with about 98% blue remaining. Hints of wear on some of the high edges and an area of light scratchy wear on the front strap. Unfortunately, the original grip has two chips in it on the right side. The bore has decent rifling, but there is pin-pricking throughout. The magazine also does not engage the hold open on this one. Appears to be a magazine issue rather than the slide.
