6/7/22 - This is a nice example of a DWM Luger issued to the Imperial German military in 1917. It is all matching and has the proper Imperial proofs. It has retained about 93% of its original finish with areas of wear on the side plate, side rails, on the chamber, and around the muzzle. While there isn't much actual finish loss, there are areas of noticeable pitting along the barrel, on the side plate, on the receiver, and on the left side of the frame. Some light freckling on both grip straps. Comes with nice matching-numbered wood grips - a couple of tiny chips along the top edge of the left panel. Also comes with a blank-bottom wood magazine - small chip. Minty bore.
