Description

6/14/22 - This is an excellent example of a Mauser Luger issued to the Nazi military in 1940. It is all matching and has the proper "Eagle 655" military acceptance proofs. "42" Mauser factory code on the toggle. This one comes with one original matching numbered magazine. The gun has retained about 94% of its original bluing. There is minor wear on the side plate, side rails, and around the muzzle. A light streak of wear on the chamber. Minor thinning along the barrel and on both grip straps. A few tiny scratches on the front strap. Comes with nice period-correct wood grips that are not numbered but are "Eagle 655" proofed. The bore has good rifling, but there is minor freckling throughout.
