Description

6/14/22 - This is a nice example of a Gustloff Werke K98 issued to the Nazi military in 1944. The gun is mismatched, but in nice condition overall. It comes with an original cleaning rod, leather sling, and rubber muzzle cap. There is noticeable thinning on the receiver, barrel, front barrel band, and floor plate / trigger assembly. Some spotty oxidation and patina here and there. Pitting on the front sight hood and on the rear barrel band. Dark brown patina on the butt plate. Some scratches and minor dings on the stock throughout. There is oxidation and pitting in the bore throughout.
