Description

6/28/22 - This is an excellent example of a Mauser Banner Luger issued to the Nazi police in 1941. It is all matching, has an added police sear safety, and a proper police "Eagle L" proof on the right side of the slide. It has retained about 94-95% of its original finish. Minor wear on the side plate, side rails, and around the muzzle. Some light spotty wear along the barrel. Brown patina and spotty oxidation on the grip straps. One tiny scratch on the left side of the frame. Comes with excellent wood grips that are not numbered but are "Eagle 655" proofed. Also comes with a mismatched police arsenal-numbered magazine. Excellent shiny bore with strong rifling.
